Please note that we only deliver within the U.K. mainland.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative. If we are unable to fulfil an order in its entirety, we will be happy to part dispatch items if the total value of the order is £75.00 or more.

Making a purchase
Please use the enquiry button to get in touch and check the availability of your desired product.
Whenever possible we aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We aim to hold stocks of all major lines illustrated on our website and aim to despatch goods within 1 week of receiving an order. We will be in touch to give you an indication of estimated delivery times. At times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly.
Please contact us for availability as some products may take longer then you expect.
All our deliveries are dispatched via Parcelforce Couriers or Royal Mail. These may be delivered any time between 8am and 6pm.
Postage & Packing
We only post within the U.K. mainland.
Every order under £75 incurs a flat-fee of £5 for postage and packaging.
We offer free delivery for orders above £75!
On receiving your order, a signature would be required.
If the wrong address is provided it may result in delaying your delivery or, in extreme cases, on your item(s) been lost. In such an occurrence we decline any financial responsibility although we will do our best to resolve the situation.
Please do inform us as soon as possible if such an event should occur.
Please except that we cannot give any target time for the delivery of your Item(s). We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate in the future.
Damaged or Undelivered
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Customer cancellation of orders
Orders and parts thereof may be cancelled only by the written acceptance by Healthy Horse Saddlery of such cancellation. We reserve the right to charge the purchaser with the amount of any losses or expenses directly or indirectly resulting from such cancellation. If we do not accept the cancellation, we reserve the right to recover the invoice price together with any additional losses incurred. If we have placed a deposit with a manufacturer or supplier in respect of an order, we may require you to reimburse such sum in the event of cancellation.
Please note that sale saddles are new, but may have minor signs of wear as they may have been used in a saddle fit. Saddles sold as ‘new’ means that they have never been ridden for longer than a trial/saddle fitting. Saddles advertised as ‘new’ does not necessarily mean that they have been manufactured in the year they are being advertised.
A full refund will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage. Fill-in and submit the return form in the "returns" section of the website ( bottom of page ), include a print-out of the return notification in the package to be sent back.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Fees for posting your return-goods are at the customer expense.
Please be aware when purchasing Acavallo Products that these are sticky, so therefore we advise that, when trying the product, you use it with a saddle cloth closest to the horse. Acavallo Products can not be refunded if they have horse hair on them.
Promotional Voucher Codes
are issued from time to time in promotions at the discretion of Healthy Horse
If you acquire a discount or promotional code for Healthy Horse Saddlery it is only valid for on-line orders made through this website.
Only one Promotional Code can be redeemed
against any single order placed with healthyhorsesaddlery.co.uk.
The acceptance of Promotional Codes will be limited to one promotion per household.
Promotions involving Free Postage and Packaging are strictly limited to mainland UK, excluding Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Scottish highlands
Promotional Codes have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or
